At the end of 2023, Agadir will inaugurate the first incubation center dedicated to SMEs and VSEs in the tourism sector in Morocco and North Africa: the Agadir Tourism Technopole.

This ambitious project, piloted by SDR TPME touristiques, will open its doors at the end of 2023. It will be located on the site of Agadir’s former Institut Spécialisé de Technologie Appliquée Hôtelière et Touristique (ISTAHT), on a plot of almost 8,000 m² in the heart of the city, between avenue Hassan II, rue de la Foire and rue de Fès.

The redevelopment of the site will be carried out with a forward-looking vision, using an innovative, contemporary architectural and technical language while anchoring itself in its rich heritage environment to make it an urban and architectural landmark.

The new facility will promote the well-being of all and respect the environment, fully integrating the concept of sustainability.
